We currently have thirteen (13) locations and are looking to expand throughout NC and the southeastern US.

and involvement in the community. As we continue to grow, we are looking for prime sites in great markets.

Preferred Requirements:
Market: Strong Retail & Work Trade Areas with nearby schools and sports complexes are ideal
Parcel Type: Land or former restaurants/retail buildings
Parcel Size: 1.75 – 2.5 acres
Traffic Counts: High Traffic “Main and Main” locations with counts of 20,000 >
Terms: Purchase only (No ground lease)

Additional Considerations:
Proper zoning for drive-thru is required.
Availability to build up to 5,000 sf.
Good visibility from all angles.
Ease of ingress and egress with two entry and exit points.
Ability to make left-hand turns into and out of the site.
