SERVICE TEAM:
These positions include cashier, lobby, ice cream, drive thru window attendant, maintenance & inventory and team leaders.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Duties include communicating with guests, handling cash & credit cards, managing customer complaints, lifting up to 30 lbs., cleaning, dishwashing and fulfilling orders.

KITCHEN TEAM:
These positions include cooks, food preps, and team leaders.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Duties include cooking and preparing food in a safe manner, adhering to all recipes and cooking procedures, regulating grill temperatures, fulfilling customer orders, cleaning of the kitchen and equipment, dishwashing, stocking, lifting up to 30 lbs. and other tasks assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years management experience in a service industry or higher education degree preferred
- Energetic, loyal and dependable leaders
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and excellent leadership ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct operations of the restaurant according to established standards and procedures
- Daily activities such as food preparation, guest relations, and inventory management
- Recruiting, developing, and scheduling team members
- Financial accountability and fiscal responsibility
