Do you offer franchises?

Unfortunately, we are not offering franchise or development opportunities anywhere at this time. But if you have a recommendation for a location, please contact us.

How can I contact the main corporate office?

How do I submit a request for a donation, community partnership, or sponsorship?

All requests must be made at least 6 weeks in advance via email to info@dairio.com or you can contact your local Dairi-O directly.

When are you open?

Our stores are open beginning at 10 a.m. every day of the week. We close at 10 pm Sunday through Thursday and 11 pm on Friday and Saturday. Additionally, we are closed Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day, with altered hours on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. You can always check social media for updates on store hours.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes gift cards are available for purchase at any location. We do not offer online purchase at this time.

How do I check a gift card balance?

You can check your balance and transaction history at any time by visiting www.storecard.com/vt and entering the Card # and Pin #. In addition, any location can check your card balance if you have it physically present with you in the store.

What type of oil do you use in fryers?

We use 100% soybean oil in all our fryers.

Do you offer online ordering or mobile app?

Yes you can order online at order.dairio.com. You can find a link to our mobile apps here.

Do you deliver?

At this time we do not offer any delivery except for large catering orders on occasion.

What age do you have to be to work at Dairi-O?

We prefer to start with team members 16 or older but will on occasion hire 15-year-olds as well.

How much does Dairi-O pay team members?

We strive to offer competitive wages for all team members. Pay is based on availability, full or part-time, and experience level of the employee.
